Surflocal Wire is for approved Surflocal publishers, active marketing clients, participating local businesses, and authorized Surflocal staff. First-time publishers may submit a story, but Surflocal must approve the publisher account before ongoing publishing rights are granted.

Use this form for real business updates, local announcements, regional announcements, events, deals, accomplishments, hiring notices, videos, and community stories. Every submission is tied to a business identity. No anonymous posts are accepted.

Surflocal Wire stories should be truthful, useful, professional, market-relevant, and connected to your own business or community activity. Surflocal may edit, reject, archive, or remove stories that are spammy, misleading, offensive, copied, anonymous, or unrelated to real business or community activity.

For publisher protection and system accountability, Surflocal records basic submission information including time submitted, IP address, browser/device information, referring page, submission source, and browser fingerprint when available.
